Governance in the Odebrecht Foundation comprises the management system, including communication and processes, through which the institution is managed and monitored. It involves the relationship between the Foundation and its Board of Trustees, Superintendent and oversight and control bodies. It also addresses the system of interaction with the institutions that execute the Development and Integrated Growth Program with Sustainability (PDCIS), its beneficiaries, governments, the press and civil society.
The Odebrecht Foundation promotes best practices in Governance based on the pillars of responsibility, ethics, integrity, transparency, fairness and accountability. In line with its sponsor, the Odebrecht S.A., the Odebrecht Entrepreneurial Technology (TEO) is exercised and practiced by all members and shared with the institutions that execute the PDCIS.
